Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using CAW Cash (the "Service") — including app.caw.cash, the CAW Cash API, and any related interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What CAW Cash Is

CAW Cash is a non-custodial interface for sending, receiving, and paying with USDC on the Base blockchain. The Service helps you construct, sign, and broadcast transactions from a wallet you control. We do not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds at any time.

Some transactions are relayed ("gasless") by our infrastructure for your convenience — a fee, shown to you before you confirm, is charged for this. Relaying a transaction does not give us custody or control of your funds.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria), and you must not be listed on any government sanctions or denied-party list.
• You are responsible for determining whether use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the security of your device, your account credentials, and any wallet or key material associated with your use of the Service.
• You are responsible for verifying recipient details before confirming any transaction. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

5. Fees

Fees for sending, paying, and other actions are shown to you in the interface before you confirm a transaction. Fees may change over time; the version shown at the moment of confirmation is the one that applies.

6. No Investment Advice; Assumption of Risk

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile and carry risk, including total loss of value. Smart contracts, blockchains, and related infrastructure may contain bugs or be subject to attack. You use the Service, and hold and transact in digital assets, entirely at your own risk.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including losses caused by user error, third-party services, network congestion, or smart contract risk.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service (or specific features) for any account or address where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, or violation of these Terms. Because the Service is non-custodial, suspension of access does not affect your ability to control your own wallet directly on-chain.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
